Services Available From Michigan Mold Inspections Company
- Comprehensive mold inspections; the entire house or building
is inspected, exterior and interiors, for presence of mold,
damage caused by mold, structural defects or ambient factors
that determine mold growth.
- Partial mold inspections; the section of the house requested
by client is inspected for presence of mold and factors that determine mold
growth.
- Air Quality and mold testing services: Testing can be
ordered independent of a
mold inspection. The client receives a laboratory report
describing the species of mold present in the submitted samples.
- Second opinion
Interpretation of laboratory
results is incorporated in the mold inspection report when a mold
inspection is requested.
Mold Inspections Reports
As a result of mold inspections the client receives a
descriptive electronic mold inspection report with photographs.
The report describes:
- The presence or absence of a mold problem
- The extent of the mold problem
- Structural conditions and ambient factors that determine mold growth
- Structural corrections needed to prevent future mold growth
- Detailed remediation protocols and specialty personnel to be
hired
- Step by step procedure when homeowner decontamination is
recommended
Remediation protocols are provided only in
conjunction with mold inspections and simultaneous testing.
Second Opinion
The second opinion consultation involves:
- studying the documentation provided by owner such as test
results and/or remediation estimates,
- a summary examination of premises or an inspection when
necessary
